We ship from Los Angeles, CA. Processing time is 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates below begin after dispatch and exclude weekends/holidays.

Standard and Priority options deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Express service requires a street address.

Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your local customs authority. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates unless specified at checkout.

Customs Documentation

All shipments include accurate HS codes and itemized values. We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce declared values.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make 1–3 attempts. If undelivered, packages may be held at a pickup point before returning to sender.

Remote Areas

Some postcodes may incur a remote area surcharge or require additional transit time. We’ll notify you if this applies.

Processing, Cutoffs & Exceptions

Order Processing

Most orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM PST ship within 1–2 business days. During major releases, holidays, or inventory audits, processing may extend by 1–2 days.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Requests can be made up to 30 minutes after order placement by emailing [email protected]. We aim to help but cannot guarantee changes after an order is queued for dispatch.

Backorders & Pre-orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated ship date will appear on the product page and checkout. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.

Weather & Carrier Delays

Events outside our control (weather, customs, strikes) may cause delays. We’ll proactively update you when carriers provide advisories.

Didn’t receive your parcel? Check with neighbors or your building office and contact us within 3 business days.

Insurance

All shipments include free insurance up to $200. Additional coverage available at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact us within 3 business days for a carrier investigation. Resolution may include replacement, store credit, or a claim payout depending on the outcome.

Packaging

Garments are sealed in protective poly, cushioned, and boxed for impact resistance. We use recycled materials where possible.

Shipping FAQ

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to US orders of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Email [email protected] within 30 minutes of placing your order. For security, we may require verification and cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Most destinations are shipped DDU (duties unpaid). Where DDP is supported by the carrier, you’ll see a prepaid duties/taxes option at checkout.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If there’s no movement for 3 business days (US) or 6 business days (international), contact support and we’ll investigate.

We try to ship together, but to deliver faster we may split your order. You’ll get a tracking number for each parcel at no extra cost.
